1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Coollage ("the Service"), operated by Coollage Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Coollage, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
2. Service Description
Coollage is a client-side image collage creation tool. All image processing happens entirely within your browser. Your images are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
3. Accounts
To access certain features, you may create an account using Google sign-in or email and password via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Beta Service
Coollage is currently in beta. During this period, the Service and all currently available features are offered at no cost. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.
Billing integrations may exist in the codebase for future use, but paid plans and subscription checkout are disabled while beta mode is active. If paid features are introduced, we will update these terms before any charges apply.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds reasonable use
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the images you create and process using the Service. We claim no rights over your content.
The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of Coollage Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7. No Fees During Beta
As of the date above, Coollage does not charge usage fees and does not process active subscriptions during beta mode. No billing or card payments are required to use the Service during beta.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coollage Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) €100; or (b) the total amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may apply under EU law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
